A. Customers can fill out an online price quote request, and a Patriot Coach Lines Sales Representative will call you with the results. If so desired, a representative can also email that request.
A. Make sure all information given to different companies about your trip or itinerary are consistent. Assuming all things are equal, remember that companies charge different prices for different services, and this can sometimes differ from season to season. . Mileage rates are a charge that may differ from company to company.
A. Yes. Patriot Coach Lines is insured, and a Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon customer’s request.
A. Patriot Coach Lines DOES NOT permit smoking of any kind on any coach at any time for any reason. If need be, our drivers will be more than happy to make a rest stop.
In an effort to maintain a clean coach for all customers, Patriot Coach Lines does not allow food or drinks on board; water in spill-proof containers is permitted at all times. Customers who wish to carry alcoholic beverages on board may do so with a $500.00 refundable deposit.
A. The driver is responsible for his own meal. However, if your group would like to include the driver in your group meals, that is appreciated. We do ask the group to take care of the driver’s hotel accommodations, as it can be beneficial to the group to have the driver at the same hotel. On trips with multiple buses and drivers, Patriot Coach Lines requests that each driver be given a separate room. Most hotels will groups an extra room or two depending on how many rooms the group is booking.
A. Every company experiences equipment failure at one time or another. In the event this happens during your trip, our drivers are responsible for taking the coach to an appropriate vendor for repair. If the coach cannot be repaired immediately, Patriot Coach Lines is responsible for sending a replacement coach to pick up the group. Replacement coach must be of the same level as the charted coach (ex. If your group was on a 56-passenger coach, Patriot Coach Lines must send another 56-passenger coach).
A. At this time, Patriot Coach Lines does not provide movies to view on our coaches. All movies played in our coaches are played at discretion of the group leader. Patriot Coach Lines assumes no responsibility for any movie shown on our buses.
A. Patriot Coach Lines has operating authority to travel to Canada. However, we do not have that same authority to travel to Mexico.
A. Gratuities are given at the customer’s discretion. We do not include it in our quotes, unless requested by the customer.
A. No. Patriot Coach Lines does not provide scheduled service.
A. Tolls and parking fees are usually separate from the quote, as the group is responsible for these charges.
A. At this time, we do not. However, if you would like to have an agency put your trip together for your group, a Patriot Coach Lines Sales Representative will be more than happy to recommend companies that specialize in group travel. We only recommend companies that we have a working relationship with, and the companies we’ve worked with are among the best at what they do.
